Chopped strand mats are made of chopped strands of 50mm in length, which are randomly
dispersed and bonded together by the polyester binder in powder or emulsion.Chopped strand mats are mainly used in FRP fields, such as hand lay-up, filament
winding and molding process. The typical products are panels, tanks, boats, automotive
parts, cooling towers, pipes and so on.Continuous Filament mat which is made of continuous fiberglass strand, non woven
mat containing an insoluble binder for unsaturated polyester, epoxy, phenolics and
polyurethane resin compatibility in unfilled or filled resin systems. Continuous
Filament mats suit for FRP process, for example pultrusion process, RTM process,
filament winding process and the molding process.The fiberglass needled mat is a kind of material which is the fiberglass crossing
the space without orders. Since it is the new material for reinforce, it is popular
with the Auto, FRP, Pultrusion and GMT fields.Package: Rolls diameter: 270mm approx.-Cardboard core: either I.D. 76mm, O.D. 84mm or I.D.101mm, O.D.110mm approx. -Delivery: 16 rolls standing by pallet-Rolls to be packed one by one under a protective film strong enough to protect glass
